Career Opportunity: Service Delivery Manager

Searching for a Service Delivery Manager for a telecommunications company in Taastrup.

Key Responsibilities:
1.) People Management skills - manage the daily activities of the technicians from field, installation, and Call Desk/Service Desk activities.
2.) Service Delivery experience - applies to both Lifecycle & MS contracts, and installation, integration, maintenance, monitoring, etc.
3.) Skills Management - making sure the required skills and competence are either existing or accessible in quality and in quantity, and succession planning. 4.) Partner Management - together with Purchasing, select and contract the adequate external workforce as well as manage, monitor, and evaluate external consultants)
5.) Financial Management - budget control and planning.

The role requires technical background in IP telephony, MS platform, etc. Fluency in both Danish and English.
