It is nearing X-Mas time and many Danish workplaces have X-Mas dinners and parties. well we are not a workplace but I thought a do it ourselves dinner and party would be a fine idea. The idea is that everyone who is attending brings some food along to put on the table and share with everyone so please bring enough food for a few people. This dinner and party will happen in the same party room as the Halloween Party and that party was a big success! We hope that lots of you will attend but I have to put a limit on how many can attend because space is limited. Please write what kind of food you are taking with you for the dinner in your RSVP so we do not have 20 people bringing the same thing. You can bring whatever food you want as long as you take enough for several people to eat! We will also need some people to come a couple of hours earlier or the evening before to help with decorating the room a bit and move tables into place etc. Please bring your own booze and drinks! There will be a 40Kr. fee for this event to help pay for rental of the party room and some decorations. That fee means we have to be at least 25 persons attending to pay for the party room and if there is more money then X-Mas decorations will be bought. Please pay in ADVANCE on my bank account which is: Den Danske Bank. Reg. No. 4280 account no. 3114033111 Please write your name with your payment so I know who has paid! Please pay in advance not at the party! You do not need a netbank to pay.You can walk into any branch of Den Danske Bank and pay in cash there! Oh yes someone should also bring a boombox and CDs along because after we eat we move the tables out of the way for dancing!
If we are unlucky and there are less then 25 who want to attend the event will be canceled and you will get a refund!
